Gang-Nail® Connectors
Gang-Nail® Zimbabwe’s connectors offer the manufacturer peace of mind when it comes to structural connections offering solutions for Pre-Fabricated Roof Trusses, and Anti split plates for poles/logs.
All Gang-Nail® Zimbabwe’s connectors are made from galvanised steel varying in thickness from 0.95mm to 1.2mm dependant on the application.
Gang-Nail® Zimbabwe also offers a sophisticated design software package that analyses the forces that pass through the connection based on the load cases submitted in order to provide the safest solution from its extended product range.
THE M20 CONNECTOR PLATE
Used extensively throughout the world, this galvanised connector plate is used in the fabrication of roof trusses supplied by Gang-Nail® Zimbabwe’s Licensees.
The appropriate sized plate is specified by our sophisticated design software and is then pressed into the timber chords of the truss in factory-controlled conditions.
All of our connector plates are manufactured according to relevant Standards.
ANTISPLIT PLATES
Gang-Nail® Zimbabwe supplies Anti-Split Nail-Plates in square, rectangular and round shapes of various sizes conforming to coverage requirements of the ends of hardwood poles and logs they are embedded into. They are manufactured from 1.2mm thick galvanized steel to provide the most durable and secure method of preventing such poles and logs from cross sectional splitting, typically emanating from their cut ends as they dry out.
